About Sun Loong Kung Fu

Sun Loong is a tight knit group of individuals practicing kickboxing and traditional MMA with a street fighting mentality. Class sizes range from 4 - 8 students, ages 16 to 45 and are co-ed. We also have co-ed classes for kids. Our facilities include weapons, punching bags, a wing-chun dummy and a boxing ring. We have been practicing and successfully competing in the GTA for over 40 years. Sun Loong is open to the public and invites all who are interested to drop-in for a trial class. We are located on Midland Avenue, just South of Sheppard.
